Today, I got to see my first warbler of the spring season. Here is a photograph of a bright and beautiful male pine warbler.

Great photo. Tripod ? So difficult hand holding shooting these tiny birds at high magnification.They are constantly twitching, but even harder trying to get tripod set up right before they flee.

Thank you, Herb. No, I didn't use a tripod. With many of my bird photos, it was a shot I had taken on the fly. I will use a tripod for still life shots, video or in a more controlled environment with wildlife.
